About CodeNicely

At CodeNicely, we help non-technical startup founders build, launch, and scale digital products. As we expand, we're looking for a growth-driven, analytical, and execution-focused Senior Growth Executive to supercharge our lead generation, client acquisition, and outreach efforts.

Role Overview

This role is all about driving measurable business growth. You'll lead outbound outreach, optimize acquisition funnels, experiment with new channels, and bring in qualified leads for our tech services and partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution

  • Design and run growth experiments across LinkedIn, email, and partnerships
  • Build and optimize cold outreach campaigns to acquire startup clients, agencies, and ecosystem partners
  • Map and optimize the entire client acquisition funnel, from awareness to conversion

Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify and reach out to non-technical founders, accelerators, and agencies
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Instantly, Mailchimp to automate and personalize outreach
  • Maintain CRM-style logs for follow-ups and lead nurturing

Content & Messaging for Growth

  • Create outreach messages, landing page copy, and case studies that convert interest into meetings
  • Collaborate with design/writing teams to develop growth-focused assets

Partnerships & Ecosystem Play

  • Build strategic relationships with startup communities, VCs, accelerators, and agencies for long-term inbound growth
  • Explore and test co-marketing campaigns, referrals, and joint ventures

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1 year in growth, business development, or marketing with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, cold outreach, funnel metrics, and client acquisition
  • Strong command of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Mailchimp, Zapier, Notion
  • Comfortable with data, KPIs, A/B testing, and growth experiments
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked with tech services, SaaS, or early-stage startups
  • Familiar with global markets or international client outreach
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing, SEO, or inbound growth
  • Experience working with startup founders or accelerator communities
