Role Overview

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You'll work directly on growth, testing ideas, creating content, and figuring out what actually drives installs and engagement.

If you're someone who likes experimenting, moving fast, and learning by doing, this role will suit you.

What You'll Do

• Come up with and execute growth ideas across content, social, and distribution
• Create high-performing content (especially short-form video & memes)
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation, research, and iteration
• Work on influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Design creatives using Canva
• Analyze what works and double down on it
• Contribute to overall growth strategy (not just execution)

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, content, or growth
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc. or similar)
• Good sense of design and content (Canva or equivalent tools)
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Fast learner with a bias for action

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing
• Copywriting skills
• Experience building or growing something (page, brand, project, etc.)
