Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Analyst based in Dadar, Mumbai. Responsibilities include analyzing business data, tracking marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights. The Growth Analyst will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and support decision-making processes. (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and general Analytics skills for gathering, interpreting, and presenting data insights.
• Expertise in Marketing Analytics to measure campaign outcomes and influence strategic decisions.
• Effective Communication skills to convey findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Sales processes to identify trends and support growth strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Self-motivated professional with a results-driven mindset.
