Requirements

• You are a dynamic problem solver, driven by a passion for data and the compelling narratives it reveals.
• Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its complexities.
• 3-5 Years of experience working as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).
• Graduates/Post Grads from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management/ Finance background are preferred.
• Strong working knowledge in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau.
• Understanding of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is expected.
• Support the development, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/Mo-engage.
• Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
