About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Analyst to work directly with the founders and drive sales, margins, and execution for Bharatvam house brands across 20+ cities. This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to not just analyze data but actively drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profit, and productivity improvements across all house-brand SKUs.
- Manage pricing, packaging, assortment, and incentive levers across multiple cities.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance in collaboration with GTM and Operations teams.
- Identify gaps in distribution, activation, or product execution and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct fast experiments, extract insights quickly, and maintain clean dashboards to guide decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Operations, Sales, and PMO teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Category Management, Business Control, or Strategy & Operations.
- Strong P&L understanding and experience in driving actionable results, not just reporting.
- Comfortable with incentives, ground-level execution, and operational decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
- B2B/FMCG experience is a plus.
- High ownership, speed, and problem-solving mindset.
