Role Summary

VectorStack is looking for a high-agency Growth & AI Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience who can architect, execute, and scale a multi-channel marketing machine across digital, social, content, and founder-led PR. This role is not execution-only. You will own growth like a founder from positioning to pipeline.

You will operate at the intersection of:

AI-powered marketing systems

Content + storytelling + brand building

Demand generation + revenue impact

Founder visibility + PR amplification

Core Objectives (What success looks like)

Build and launch 35 active growth channels

Establish founder-led content engine (LinkedIn + PR)

Generate qualified inbound pipeline (CXO-level leads)

Implement AI-driven marketing workflows

Create a predictable lead generation engine

Position VectorStack as a thought leader in AI + Tech Consulting

Build a multi-platform brand presence (LinkedIn, Website, Content, PR)

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

Design and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy across:

LinkedIn (primary)

Email marketing

SEO & website funnels

Paid campaigns (if required)

Partnerships & communities

Own the full funnel:

Awareness Engagement Conversion Pipeline

2. Founder-Led PR & Personal Branding

Build and scale Pranavas personal brand as a global thought leader

Create:

High-impact LinkedIn content (daily/weekly cadence)

POV-based content (AI, transformation, product thinking)

Industry narratives that position VectorStack as premium

Manage:

PR outreach

Podcast placements

Speaking opportunities

Strategic collaborations

3. AI-Powered Marketing Systems

Build automated workflows using tools like:

ChatGPT / Claude / GenSpark

Zapier / Make / AI agents

Automate:

Content generation

Lead nurturing

Outreach sequences

Analytics and reporting

Continuously experiment with new AI growth hacks

4. Content Engine & Distribution

Build a content factory, not random posts:

Case studies (BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.)

Thought leadership articles

Sales collaterals

Website content

Repurpose content across:

LinkedIn

Website

Email

PR

5. Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

Generate qualified leads (CXO-level decision makers)

Run:

LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Email sequences

Funnel-based landing pages

Work closely with sales team to:

Improve conversion rates

Optimize messaging

6. Brand Positioning & Messaging

Position VectorStack as:

Premium

AI-first

Transformation-focused

Ensure all communication reflects:

Global quality

Strategic depth

Business impact

7. Analytics & Growth Optimization

Track:

Lead quality

CAC vs ROI

Channel performance

Continuously optimize campaigns based on data

Must-Have Skills

Strategic

Strong strategic understanding of B2B marketing, tech/AI positioning, and CXO-level communication.

Execution

Proven ability to run LinkedIn growth campaigns, build content engines, and generate inbound leads.

AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)

Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude, content and automation tools (Zapier, Make), with the ability to think in terms of scaling work efficientlyreplacing manual effort with smart systems.

Content & Storytelling

Can write sharp LinkedIn posts, high-conversion landing pages, and compelling thought leadership content.

Growth Mindset

Experimental, fast-moving, and data-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and comfort working in ambiguous environments.

Good-to-Have

Experience in:

IT services / SaaS / consulting

Founder branding

PR & media outreach

Familiarity with:

GenSpark / Figma / Notion workflows

SEO tools

CRM systems
