Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Relationship Manager, located in Gorakhpur. The Group Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, acquiring and servicing customers for various loan products, and driving business growth. Key duties include understanding customer financial needs, cross-selling relevant financial products, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting assigned sales targets. The role involves close interaction with internal teams and leveraging digital tools to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer relationship management, client handling, and interpersonal communication
• Experience with financial products including loans and insurance, along with a solid understanding of microfinance and banking operations
• Proficiency in sales, cross-selling financial products, and achieving targets
• Ability to utilize digital tools and platforms for operational efficiency and customer engagement
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach
• Willingness to work on-site in Gorakhpur and manage field operations when required
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services will be advantageous
