Group Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for risk management and fraud prevention systems at Cashfree Payments
• .Build and lead a team of product managers focusing on areas like KYC/AML, transaction risk, chargebacks, and compliance automation
• .Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design ML-based risk models, rule engines, and real-time decisioning systems
• .Develop a roadmap for improving detection accuracy, false positive rates, and overall system performance
• .Partner with compliance, legal, and operations to ensure regulatory readiness and auditability
• .Translate business risk objectives into clear, measurable product outcomes and success metrics
• .Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align on risk appetite, thresholds, and mitigation strategies
• .Continuously analyze fraud trends, attack patterns, and evolving threats to proactively evolve Cashfree's defense mechanisms
• .Represent the Risk product function in strategic planning, OKR setting, and leadership forums

What We're Looking Fo

• r:812 years of total experience with at least 3+ years leading product team
• s.Proven experience building or scaling risk/fraud prevention, compliance, or security products in fintech, payments, or lendin
• g.Strong understanding of transaction risk, chargebacks, KYC/AML, and fraud detection framework
• s.Exposure to working with ML models, rule engines, or data-driven decision system
• s.Demonstrated success in building product roadmaps, defining metrics, and shipping large-scale risk platform
• s.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
• s.Ability to lead and mentor product managers, while influencing engineering and data science team
• s.Experience with SQL, dashboards, and data analysis tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plu
