What You'll Be Doing:
Lead a Strategic Product Portfolio
- Define and own the long-term vision for Boutiqaat's Post-Order Experience technology landscape.
- Build and execute a unified roadmap across customer service, fulfillment, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Drive portfolio investment decisions and prioritize initiatives that create measurable business impact.
Turning Data into Competitive Advantage
- Establish product governance through clear OKRs, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Use customer, operational, and financial insights to shape strategy and prioritize opportunities.
- Translate analytics into actions that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Drive Innovation Across the Supply Chain
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Champion initiatives such as:
- Intelligent shipping and routing
- Predictive warehouse optimization
- Automated returns management
- Proactive customer communications
- Keep Boutiqaat at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
Lead High-Performing Product Teams
- Mentor and develop Senior Product Managers and Product Managers.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Build teams capable of delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
Influence Across Business
- Partners with Engineering, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Break down silos and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Tell compelling stories that secure buy-in, investment, and action.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- 10–13 years of Product Management experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Experience leading multiple product lines or large-scale product portfolios
- Proven success delivering multi-year product strategies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two of the following:
- Customer Service & CRM Platforms
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Logistics & Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong SQL and analytics capabilities
- Experience with BI tools and data-driven product organizations
- Knowledge of platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, CRM ecosystems, and transportation systems
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with a systems mindset
