Role Overview:-
We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead our Dental portfolio, covering Oral Care, Therapeutic Dentistry, and Preventive Dental solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of dental practice dynamics, prescription behavior of dentists, clinic-level marketing, and patient education. The position plays a critical role in driving portfolio growth and strengthening brand leadership in the dental segment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Own end-to-end responsibility for assigned Dental brands and product lines
- Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plans (AMPs) aligned with business objectives
- Drive product lifecycle management including new launches, extensions, and brand revitalization
- Lead new product launches in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
- Track and analyze IQVIA / internal sales data and dentist prescription trends
- Monitor competition, treatment protocols, and evolving dental practices
- Conceptualize impactful promotional strategies including visual aids, chairside tools, digital engagement, and patient education materials
- Ensure all marketing communication complies with ethical, regulatory, and dental council guidelines
- Enable the sales team through product training, selling stories, and objection-handling tools
- Engage with field teams and key dentists to gather insights and improve execution
- Mentor and guide Product Managers / APMs to ensure consistent execution excellence
Candidate Profile:-
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing (mandatory)
- 812 years of experience in Pharma / Dental Product or Brand Management
- Minimum 23 years managing Dental brands or a marketing team
- Strong understanding of dental therapies, clinic dynamics, and dentist engagement models
- Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
