Job Description

• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in IT / BPM environments
• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and analysis of P&L and key operational metrics
• Manage and analyze large datasets using Excel to drive financial insights
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring financial compliance and governance
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to evaluate business performance
• Provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• CA qualified / MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience
