Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Python, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI, along with strong functional understanding of supply chain and manufacturing data models. This role requires someone who can operate independently, solve complex data engineering problems, and collaborate with distributed global teams across business and technical domains.

This is not an instruction-taking role it is for someone who can design, build, optimize, and scale data pipelines and analytical solutions end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert-level technical skills in Python, Databricks/Spark, SQL, and Power BIable to design and build complex pipelines end-to-end.
  • Strong supply chain & manufacturing domain knowledge, especially around inventory, logistics, and ERP data structures.
  • Ability to work with multi ERP environments (37 systems, mainly SAP/Oracle) and integrate transactional + enriched data.
  • Experience building enterprise-grade dashboards and analytics solutions (e.g., Inventory at Risk, forecasting).
  • Capable of independently managing data engineering workflows, from ingestion through modeling to reporting.
  • Comfortable consolidating and automating data from Excel, Data Lakes, enrichment systems, and external sources.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior leaders (CFO, CPO, BU heads) with clear presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones (US, Mexico, Poland); requires 23 hours US morning overlap.
  • Proactive, self-driven problem-solvernot an instruction takerable to operate with minimal supervision.
