Group Head

Job Overview - This is a key delivery owner position. This position is responsible for the deliverables towards the

assigned clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Leading and Overseeing media planning and campaign execution on assigned clients.

2. Maintaining close relationships with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.

3. Operational efficiency in the team.

4. Client relationship management towards defined cadence.

5. Business Operations and Innovative campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms to deliver

differentiated results.

6. Team size planning based on the revenue projections.

7. Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Quarterly and Monthly planned target achievement on the assigned clients.

2. Client Business Growth - Channel wise

3. Team Management - Operational efficiency in the team along with training and mentoring of the team members.

Must have Experience and skills:

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years focused on Marketplace

related services like Amazon marketing services.

2. Amazon and Flipkart e-commerce

3. Quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Insta Mart (Swiggy), Big Basket etc.

4. Media planning and execution on the above platforms.

5. Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and representing HiveMinds to clients.
