Role Overview

The Client Servicing expertise demands strong strategic thinking, an agile mindset, clarity of thought, and excellent communication skills, along with a deep understanding of full-funnel digital.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and deliver an integrated media approach across Brand, Newsrooms aligned with Motorola's business objectives.
  2. Owning the campaign form the brief to Post campaign evaluation
  3. Coordination with creative team and client on the timely receiving the creatives
  4. Ensure smooth reconciliation of billing and timely closure of POs
  5. Timely QBR discussion with client
  6. Stay up to date with emerging media trends, platforms, and innovations, and proactively share insights across teams.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident, and strategic communication.
  8. Work closely with Brand and Category Business Units to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
  9. Act as the central point of contact for media expertise, ensuring best practices are implemented across all channels in line with global standards.
  10. Ensure media guidelines, frameworks, and global standards are clearly understood and adhered to when reviewing media plans.

Skills & Capabilities

  1. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect media decisions to business impact
  2. Agile and adaptable approach in a fast-evolving media landscape
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  4. Solid understanding of full-funnel digital media (Brand, Performance, Commerce, Measurement)
  5. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
  7. Experience working on global accounts and digital media strategies is a plus

Experience & Qualifications

  1. 6+ years of experience in client servicing, media strategy in digital marketing
  2. Experience managing large, complex brands across multiple markets
