Role Overview
The Client Servicing expertise demands strong strategic thinking, an agile mindset, clarity of thought, and excellent communication skills, along with a deep understanding of full-funnel digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver an integrated media approach across Brand, Newsrooms aligned with Motorola's business objectives.
- Owning the campaign form the brief to Post campaign evaluation
- Coordination with creative team and client on the timely receiving the creatives
- Ensure smooth reconciliation of billing and timely closure of POs
- Timely QBR discussion with client
- Stay up to date with emerging media trends, platforms, and innovations, and proactively share insights across teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident, and strategic communication.
- Work closely with Brand and Category Business Units to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
- Act as the central point of contact for media expertise, ensuring best practices are implemented across all channels in line with global standards.
- Ensure media guidelines, frameworks, and global standards are clearly understood and adhered to when reviewing media plans.

- Experience working on global accounts and digital media strategies is a plus
Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in client servicing, media strategy in digital marketing
- Experience managing large, complex brands across multiple markets
