Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary link between clients and the agency, maintaining strong and consistent communication.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Interact with clients regularly for strategic discussions and relationship building.
- Handle client queries, provide strategic inputs, and negotiate effectively when required.
Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
- Work with internal teams to conceptualize digital and communication campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients across platforms.
- Provide inputs in campaign development, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
Campaign Presentation & Execution
- Present campaign ideas, strategies, and budgets to clients.
- Present creative work and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns by facilitating effective communication across teams.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and mentor internal teams working on accounts.
- Ensure seamless coordination between creative, strategy, and media teams.
- Drive collaboration to achieve high-quality campaign outcomes.
