Group Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and reporting across

entities.

Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with

applicable accounting standards.

Act as SME for Ind AS / IFRS, advising on accounting implications of new

transactions, restructuring, and business initiatives.

Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and alignment of

accounting policies across the group.

Support accounting for complex areas such as revenue recognition, ESOPs,

financial instruments, leases, expected credit losses, and purchase price

allocation.

Coordinate with statutory auditors (including Big4 firms) to ensure timely

completion of audits.

Partner with business teams to evaluate M&A transactions, restructuring

initiatives, and accounting policy changes.

Desired Profile

CA with 610 years of experience in consolidation and group reporting.

Strong technical expertise in Ind AS / IFRS.

Experience in multi-entity, multi-country, and multi-currency environments

preferred.

Prior experience with Top 10 audit firms (Statutory Audit or Accounting

Advisory) is highly desirable.
