Group Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new products, interfaces, and user experiences across web, mobile, and other platforms.
• Harness user behavior insights and feedback to iteratively refine designs, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Establish a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth within the design team.
• Partner with Product Designers and Product Managers to define problem statements and develop project execution plans.
• Translate abstract business concepts into tangible, user-friendly design solutions.
• Coordinate with UX Research and Data Science teams to create impactful, metrics-driven user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout the design process to create user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Lead complex design projects independently, managing timelines and delivering high-quality outputs.
