Role Mandate
The Group CEO will lead a multi-entity global mobility platform, driving profitable growth across international markets while acting as a critical bridge between the promoters/directors and business leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L across global markets with clear focus on growth, margins, capital efficiency, and ROI
- Translate promoter vision into clear strategy and execution priorities across businesses
- Build and scale a globally competitive e-cycle/mobility platform spanning product, sourcing, manufacturing, and go-to-market
- Drive supply chain, inventory, and working capital excellence as strategic levers
- Lead product and innovation governance, balancing speed, cost, and scalability
- Build strong leadership benches and align multiple entities into a performance-driven organisation
- Manage stakeholders including promoters, boards, global partners, and key customers
Ideal Background
- 15+ years of leadership experience in mobility, cycles, EVs, or engineered consumer products
- Proven track record of scaling global businesses with full P&L ownership
- Strong commercial, financial, and operational depth
- Experience working closely with founders/promoters and boards in growth or transformation environments
