Role & Responsibilities:

1. Handling team of Advisors TL/Dealers. Monitoring their performance, revenue generation and cross sales.
2. Maintaining relationship with Premium clients.
3. Advising clients on Equity, Derivatives Markets.
4. Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
5. Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance.
6. Handling Queries & complains, handling escalations and redressing queries within TAT.
7. Retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
8. Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios.
9. Monitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
10. Responsible to train and develop exiting team to next level.
