Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong relationships
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams (creative, media, strategy)
  • Coordinate and monitor campaign execution from concept to delivery
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for clients
  • Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented effectively
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Conduct market and competitor research when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client servicing / account management (agency preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, performance marketing, content)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
