Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong relationships
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams (creative, media, strategy)
- Coordinate and monitor campaign execution from concept to delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for clients
- Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented effectively
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct market and competitor research when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in client servicing / account management (agency preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, performance marketing, content)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
