Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Group Account Manager at VOLUME. The role will involve managing existing brand accounts end-to-end while also taking ownership of new inbound business opportunities as and when they arise. You will work closely with strategy, creative, digital, and client-servicing teams to ensure strong brand thinking, seamless execution, and smooth onboarding of new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned brand accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into clear brand and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and AV.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communication touchpoints.
  • Lead client presentations, reviews, and ongoing brand discussions.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
  • Support planning, execution, and evaluation of brand campaigns.
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to strengthen brand recommendations.
  • Take ownership of inbound leads when they come in and lead initial brand conversations.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare pitch decks, proposals, and credentials for new business.
  • Support leadership in closing new opportunities and ensure smooth handover into servicing.
  • Build long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, account management, or strategy roles (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of branding, integrated marketing, and communication planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and execution.
  • Comfortable handling client conversations and pitch discussions.
  • Proactive, organized, and ownership-driven.
