Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and develop strong long-term relationships.
- Understand client business objectives, market challenges, and growth ambitions.
- Lead key client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions.
Business Management
- Own account profitability, revenue growth, and overall business health.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling agency capabilities.
- Participate in new business pitches and growth initiatives.
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Strategy and Creative teams to shape impactful solutions.
- Challenge briefs when required and help elevate the quality of thinking.
- Ensure all work is aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor servicing team members.
- Foster collaboration across departments and create a culture of accountability.
- Develop talent through coaching and constructive feedback.
Problem Solving & Delivery Excellence
- Resolve complex client and project challenges with confidence.
- Balance client expectations, creative ambition, and commercial realities.
- Ensure flawless execution across multiple projects and teams.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within an advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of branding, communications, digital, social, and integrated marketing.
- Proven experience managing large clients and complex projects.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen and business-growth mindset.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
