Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in processes and boarding procedures.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and luggage.
• Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight schedules and services.
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading.
• Coordinate with other airport staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ground staff area.
