Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in various roles such as Ground staff, Cabin Crew, Cargo, Aircraft Aerospace and Airport jobs. The ideal candidate should have 0-6 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the required hard skills and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during pre-boarding and post-boarding processes
- Ensure safety and security of passengers and crew during the flight
- Handle cargo and baggage efficiently and accurately
- Perform ground handling tasks such as aircraft marshalling, towing, and fueling
- Operate and maintain aircraft systems and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and resolve their queries
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the aircraft and airport premises
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations
- Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts
- Knowledge of basic computer applications
- Valid passport and willingness to travel frequently
- For Cabin Crew: Certification in Safety and Emergency Procedures
- For Cargo: Knowledge of IATA regulations and procedures
- For Aircraft Aerospace: Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering
- For Ground staff: Knowledge of airport operations and ground handling procedures
