Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and luggage.
• Manage baggage handling and ensure proper loading and unloading.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules and airport facilities.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare the aircraft for departure.
• Coordinate with flight crews and other airport staff for efficient operations.
