Job Description

Ground Instructor – Pilot Training

Role Summary:
The Ground Instructor is responsible for delivering theoretical aviation training to student pilots, preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with DGCA training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach PPL, CPL, and ATPL subjects.
Conduct classes, assessments, and mock examinations.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Maintain training records and attendance.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards.

Requirements:

CPL/ATPL holder or relevant aviation qualification preferred.
Sound knowledge of DGCA syllabus and aviation subjects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching or aviation training experience is an advantage.
