Greeter

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Greeter to welcome customers and ensure a positive first impression in our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the entrance and guiding them to the appropriate sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom
• Guide customers to the appropriate sales executives or departments
• Manage customer flow and maintain queue discipline
• Provide basic information about showroom services and offers
• Ensure a pleasant and professional front-desk experience
• Assist in managing waiting customers during peak hours
• Maintain grooming standards and showroom etiquette
• Support showroom staff in providing a smooth customer experience
• Handle basic customer queries and direct them accordingly
