Sales Excutive

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery products
• Provide basic product knowledge on gold, diamond, and other jewellery
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Upsell and cross sell products to increase sales
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
• Coordinate with billing team for smooth transactions
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt solutions
• Maintain daily sales records and customer details
• Follow showroom policies and maintain discipline

Qualification and Experience
