Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSMS, GMP, HACCP, and GHP Conduct quality inspections at production sites to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
Develop and implement effective quality management systems (QMS) for snack and food products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product development and manufacturing processes.
Analyze data from CAPA investigations to drive corrective actions.
Handling Audits & Trainings as per quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
12-18 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field within the FMCG industry.
B.Tech/B.E. (Food Tech) or equivalent qualification in a relevant specialization.
Strong understanding of food technologies, including processing techniques and regulatory requirements.
