GRC Lead - Techno functional

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GRC techno-functional implementation projects with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Implement and automate access assignments across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Configure and manage key GRC Access Control components:
• Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
• Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter IDs)
• Business Role Management (BRM)
• Access Request Management (ARM)
• User Access Review (UAR)
• Implement Access and Process Controls for modules including TRM, FI, Cash Management, and Loans.
• Enable standard GRC SOD rule book for SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Configure multiple user access management workflows (minimum four) for user provisioning and Firefighter ID assignment.
• Collaborate with peers and senior leadership to research and implement best practices.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution for GRC systems.
• Provide client interaction and support at the Mumbai client location, including readiness for 24x7 operations.
