GRC Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GRC Consultant role based in Chennai. The GRC Consultant will support clients in discussion with multiple clienteles, understanding and walk-throughs, control designing and implementing, framing detail reports and updating with GRC/Cybersecurity frameworks (like ISO & NIST) that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Also, effectively handling teams along with internal regular trainings.

Qualifications

• Background : CA's having complete grip on GRC/Cybersecurity assignment like ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2, DPDP compliance etc. can ONLY apply. (Note: No vacancy for Taxation & Financial audits, pls don't apply)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working only in GRC/Cybersecurity and handling multiples client end-to-end can apply.
• Experience in risk assessment, control mapping, compliance monitoring, and policy and procedure development. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling multiples client end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, SOC, PCI, regulatory guidelines) and ability to design and implement GRC processes.
• Proficiency with documentation, report writing, and presentation of findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Information Security or a related field (e.g., CISA, ISO Lead Auditor, SOC certification) are an advantage.
