Pentabay Software Solutions, a fast-growing IT services company based in Chennai, is hiring a GRC Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in cloud security and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to work with modern cloud platforms, global clients, and industry-standard security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Secure Cloud Infrastructure
Design and deploy secure environments ensuring alignment with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, PHI, and PII standards.
Firewall & Endpoint Protection
Manage and configure firewalls, WAFs, and endpoint security solutions to protect cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
GRC & Compliance Support
Contribute to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives by helping develop and implement policies, assess risks, maintain audit trails, and support compliance reporting.
Security Audits & Risk Assessments
Assist in vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and audits to identify and remediate risks, ensuring continuous improvement of security posture.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–7years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or related areas.
- Working knowledge of GRC frameworks, including policy creation, risk identification, and compliance reporting.
- Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and data protection best practices.
- Familiarity with firewall management, network segmentation, and endpoint protection tools.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Experience working with Canadian or international clients is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and good written and verbal communication skills
