Role Overview
We are looking for experienced IRM / GRC Consultants with a proven track record in delivering end-to-end implementations of enterprise IRM solutions (excluding ServiceNow IRM & SAP GRC).
This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise, technical configuration skills, and stakeholder engagement, enabling clients to build robust governance, risk, and compliance ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable IRM/GRC solutions
- Design and implement risk frameworks, controls, and compliance models aligned with industry standards
- Configure and customize IRM/GRC platforms to meet client-specific use cases
- Drive risk assessments, policy management, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for real-time visibility
- Manage and implement Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs
- Integrate IRM solutions with enterprise systems and ensure seamless deployment
- Conduct user training, UAT support, and post-implementation stabilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IRM/GRC implementation projects
- Strong expertise in platforms such as:
- RSA Archer
- MetricStream
- IBM OpenPages
- LogicGate
- SAI360
- Riskonnect
- AuditBoard
- OneTrust
- Deep understanding of Risk Management, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
- Experience in workflow automation, reporting, and dashboarding within GRC tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience in multi-industry GRC implementations
- Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, middleware)
