About the Role
We are seeking a creative and compassionate Graphic Designer and Video Creator with experience or interest in the healthcare space. In this role, you'll create impactful and accessible visual content that builds trust, simplifies medical information, and enhances patient and caregiver engagement.
Your work will support health awareness campaigns, patient education, digital marketing, and internal communicationsbalancing creativity with clarity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design patient-friendly brochures, posters, health guides, and flyers, making reels and videos.
- Develop digital assets for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages.
- Translate complex medical information into simple, engaging visuals.
- Ensure all designs follow healthcare branding, sensitivity, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with doctors, marketing, and content teams to support wellness campaigns.
- Create signage, infographics, and materials for in-clinic or telehealth services.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
- Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Strategize and execute on database marketing
- Manage calendar of marketing activities and adherence to schedule
- Manage collateral inventory and audit
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2+ years of design experience (preferably in healthcare, pharma, wellness, or NGO sectors).
- Proficiency in AI Tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong design portfolio with samples of patient-centric or educational content.
- Understanding of color psychology, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Good coordination and strategy skills.
- Understanding of database marketing strategies and planning.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for visual content (e.g., color contrast, readability).
- Methodical, thorough and disciplined.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with empathy and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Canva.
