Role Overview
We are hiring a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes visual design for the digital world.
You will create designs for social media, websites and campaigns that are clean, sharp and aligned with our clients brand and marketing goals.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, wants to grow with a lean team and is serious about building a strong career in digital design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives for multiple brands
- Static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers and thumbnails
- Create marketing collaterals
- Flyers, brochures, banners, web graphics, ad creatives, email headers
- Work on website and landing page visuals
- Hero images, icons, section graphics, mockups
- Adapt designs to different platforms and sizes
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, ad platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team on concepts and campaigns
- Convert briefs and ideas into clear visual stories
- Maintain brand consistency for each client while experimenting with fresh ideas
- Manage your own workload, meet deadlines and handle quick turnarounds when needed
- Stay updated on design trends in digital marketing and bring ideas to the table
Skills and Tools Required
- Solid working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Comfortable working with Canva and other online design tools when needed
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color and composition
- Ability to understand marketing objectives and reflect them in visuals
- Creative problem solving and ability to translate written briefs into visuals
- Attention to detail and high standards for final outputs
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and take full ownership of your work
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
Nice To Have
- Basic knowledge of short form video or reel concepts
- Understanding of social media trends and what stops the scroll
- Prior experience in an agency or with multiple brands
