Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of creative projects. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple design assignments, mentor junior designers, and deliver high-quality visuals that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to final output for digital, print, and branding projects.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Guide and review the work of junior designers, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams marketing, product, and digital to produce impactful visuals.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining design excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong command over visual hierarchy, brand design, and storytelling.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading design projects or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics or UI design is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, GD Art, Visual Communication, or equivalent field.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work.
