Job Description

About Funnel Truffle

Funnel Truffle is a digital marketing consultancy that works with international clients across real estate, technology, and professional services. We operate at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and AI, building systems that directly drive business outcomes for our clients.

We are a small, high-output team where every person owns their work end to end. There is no hand-holding, no micromanagement, and no busywork. If you are the kind of person who thrives when given a clear problem and the freedom to solve it your way, this is the place for you.

The Role

We are looking for a graphics designer who converts. Not someone who makes things look pretty for the sake of it, but someone who understands that every design serves a goal: a click, a scroll-stop, a sign-up, a purchase.

You will receive briefs, references, and creative direction from the team, and your job is to turn that into polished, on-brand, platform-ready visuals. Fast. You are not the person who spends three days on a single social post. You are the person who delivers five strong options by end of day and still has bandwidth left.

AI is part of your workflow, not a replacement for your skills. You use AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, or similar to generate concepts, explore directions, create base assets, and speed up production. But you know where AI ends and craft begins. You can take an AI-generated output and refine it, composite it, or use it as a starting point to create something that actually fits the brand and the brief. You are not someone who prompts an AI tool and delivers the raw output. You are someone who uses AI to multiply your speed and range while keeping the quality bar high.

You take feedback well, iterate quickly, and do not take creative direction personally. You care about the work being right, not about being right.

What You Will Work On

•      Design social media creatives, ad visuals, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral

•      Translate briefs and references into finished designs that are on-brand and platform-appropriate

•      Use AI image generation tools to explore creative directions, generate base assets, and accelerate concept development

•      Create templates and design systems that the team can reuse and adapt

•      Produce rapid design iterations based on performance feedback and A/B testing needs

•      Maintain visual consistency across all client and internal brand touchpoints

•      Collaborate closely with the creative visualizer and marketing team on campaign assets

•      Adapt designs across formats and sizes for different platforms (social, web, email, print)

What We Are Looking For

•      Strong proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and/or Canva Pro

•      Working knowledge of AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, or similar) and the ability to refine AI outputs into production-ready assets

•      A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy

•      Speed without sacrificing quality: you can produce high-volume output under deadlines

•      Understanding of social media and digital ad design best practices (safe zones, text limits, aspect ratios, platform specs)

•      Ability to follow brand guidelines closely while still bringing creative energy to the work

•      Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly without ego

•      Organized: you name your files properly, keep your layers clean, and deliver assets in the right formats

What This Role Is Not

•      This is not a role where you will set the creative strategy. You will receive direction and your job is to execute it brilliantly.

•      This is not a role for someone who needs long timelines. The pace here is fast and the output expectations are high.

•      This is not a role for someone who only works in one style. You will adapt to different brands and tones.

•      This is not a role for someone who either ignores AI or relies on it entirely. You will use AI as a tool to move faster, but the final craft is yours.

How to Apply

Send an email to [Confidential Information] with the following:

1.    Subject line: Graphics Designer Application - [Your Name]

2.    Your portfolio or samples of your current work. This is mandatory. Applications without work samples will not be considered. Share a portfolio link, Behance, Dribbble, Google Drive folder, or attach samples directly. We need to see what you are producing right now, not what you made three years ago.

3.    A short note about your design process, the tools you use (including any AI tools), and what kind of work excites you

4.    Your resume (keep it to one page if possible)

  • No generic applications please. If we cannot tell from your email that you actually read this JD, we will not respond.
