We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team in Park Street, Kolkata. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience using industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw, and should possess the ability to handle design projects independently and collaboratively with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing campaigns, brochures, posters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines.
- Create and edit animations, videos, and motion graphics using After Effects and Premier (knowledge of these tools is a bonus).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the visual identity of our brand.
- Review and provide feedback on junior designers work, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Manage and organize design files, assets, and resources to maintain an efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design software such asAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
- Bonus: Experience withAdobe After Effects and Premierto create animations and motion graphics.
