Graphics Designer and Web Developer

• We are hiring a graphics designer and web developer, on a full time basis.
• For exceptional candidates, we can also do a consulting contract (part time) basis.
• (for Cyber Security Product, Marketing and Sales Activities, Focused on Content Creation).

Role Description --

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Graphics Designer and a Web Developer at Castellum Labs. As a Graphics Designer and Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various mediums, including digital and print. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions. You will be maintaining a web site, with new pages and content publishing on weekly basis. Certain amount of SEO will also need to be done by this role. This role is located in Hyderabad and offers flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities --

• Create images, PDFs and creatives for social media posts
• Create explainer videos for services and products in company's portfolio
• Maintain company website, with regular updates of content and creatives
• Create company brochures, service description decks, flyers and sales collateral
• Support product teams with web designing (UI/UX concepts and graphics)
• Maintain corporate color themes and schemes for all services & products
• Create content and material for events participation & sponsorship
• Create wireframes for products & other tech automations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphics/UI Designer and Web Developer or a similar role
• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
• Understanding of design principles, composition, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Relevant qualification in graphic design or a related field is preferred.

Experience of design of a SaaS platform will be given preference.
