We design for bedrooms, balconies, slow mornings, and self-care Sundays.

We're not looking for a behind-the-scenes planner. We want a do-it-all, boots-on-ground, buzz-generating brand builder who can turn a store launch into a moment, a coupon drop into a citywide hook, and a Pyjama Party into the talk of the town.

You'll work directly with the founders and creative team to shape the offline presence of India's most exciting sleepwear brand.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Graphics Design Intern role, based in Mumbai. The Graphics Design Intern will assist in creating graphics, developing brand logos, and enhancing branding materials. Responsibilities include image editing, producing creative content for campaigns, and contributing innovative ideas to establish a cohesive brand identity. Collaboration with the design and marketing teams is a key aspect of the role.

KPI's

1. Creative Support & Catalogue Execution
  • Support campaign shoots end-to-end (AI-led or studio-led), including pre-shoot prep and on-ground coordination.
  • Help build visual decks, mood boards, and simple style guides for new launches.
  • Adapt product drops into campaign creatives across required formats and platforms.
2. Brand Visual Research & References
  • Track visual trends across fashion, pop culture, and premium D2C brands and share relevant references.
  • Maintain a structured library of inspiration, competitor creatives, and brand references.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to ensure creatives stay visually consistent.
3. Design, Editing & Production
  • Retouch and enhance product and campaign images under guidance (basic cleanup, colour correction, cropping, alignment).
  • Edit short-form videos for reels and social content (basic cuts, transitions, branded text, and overlays).
  • Resize and adapt creatives across formats: Instagram, marketplace banners, website assets, emailers, and retail collateral.
  • Execute designs using existing brand templates and contribute to keeping files organised and version-controlled.
  • Follow and apply the SWEET DREAMS design system consistently across platforms.
4. Retail & Campaign Support
  • Support creation of in-store and offline assets such as signage, hoardings, and campaign visual guides.
  • Assist in building creatives for promotional events (e.g., EOSS) that are clear, on-brand, and customer-friendly.
  • Help deliver timely edits and cutdowns for social media, reels, and UGC content in coordination with the content team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Media Studies, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in photo editing, videography, and content production
  • Strong understanding of fashion/lifestyle photography trends
  • Experience in studio and on-location shoots
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with tight deadlines
  • Photo Editing Canva Affinity, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom
  • Design & Layout Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
