Graphics and UI/ UX Mentor - Mid Senior

DICE Academy, based in Delhi, provides specialized training in Graphic Design and Web Design, offering both full-time and weekend courses to suit the needs of students and working professionals. Founded to bridge the gap between traditional education and industry requirements, DICE Academy focuses on delivering practical, industry-relevant skills. The co-founders, with extensive experience in the field, have designed courses and materials tailored to meet the evolving demands of the design and web industry. By moving away from outdated, theoretical approaches, DICE Academy equips students with actionable skills that are directly applicable to modern web design and graphic design roles.

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of UI/UX Mentor - Junior in New Delhi. As a full-time, on-site role, the mentor will guide and mentor students in creating mockups, visual designs, and prototypes, while also introducing them to foundational principles of user experience design (UED) and front-end development practices. The mentor will conduct interactive sessions, provide constructive feedback, and support students in mastering the tools and techniques needed for successful UI/UX design. Collaboration with the curriculum team to align teaching methodologies with industry trends is also expected.

• Proficiency in creating Mockups and Visual Design
• Skill in Prototyping and Front-End Development
• Understanding of User Experience Design (UED) principles and best practices
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to guide and inspire students
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end implementation is an advantage
• Passion for teaching and sharing industry insights with aspiring designers
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
