Pilates for Wellbeing (PFW) is India's first Classical Pilates studio, founded by Kavita Prakash, a third-generation Classical Pilates instructor. Affiliated with The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, USA, PFW operates two fully equipped, state-of-the-art studios in Indira Nagar and Lavelle Road, Bengaluru. The organization is dedicated to preserving and teaching the original methods of Joseph Pilates, tailored to meet individual needs and abilities. PFW offers a scientifically personalized approach to this holistic and low-intensity fitness regime.

Role Description

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our team at a well-established Pilates studio based on Lavelle Road, Bangalore.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong visual eye and can transform raw content into clean, aesthetic, on-brand creatives across digital platforms.

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Design and create high-quality, aesthetic social media content using existing photos and videos

Edit reels, short-form videos, and visual creatives in line with brand identity

Develop consistent, on-brand layouts, templates, and visual assets

Manage basic website updates (content, layout, visuals)

Support marketing campaigns with design and creative execution

Assist with light operational and brand-related tasks when required

Requirements

46 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation

Strong portfolio showcasing clean, aesthetic, and modern design work

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar

Basic knowledge of website platforms (Wix, Webflow, WordPress, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Comfortable balancing creative work with occasional execution tasks

Compensation & Work Structure

Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month

Hybrid role: 34 days in-studio (Lavelle Road), 1 day remote

Immediate joining preferred
