This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned visual assets. The role suits someone who enjoys designing, building, and improving marketing creativenot managing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore: Marketing & Brand Design
- Design marketing collaterals including:
- Social media creatives
- Campaign visuals
- Website banners and section designs
- Sales decks and marketing PDFs
- Event, webinar, and email creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across all ExaThought touchpoints
- Translate marketing briefs into effective visual communication
Website Design & Updates
- Design and update website pages using Wix and/or WordPress
- Create and update landing pages, banners, and content sections
- Ensure website visuals align with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Coordinate with internal or external teams for content updates when needed
- Basic understanding of UX, layout, and responsiveness (desktop/mobile)
(Note: This is a design-focused role, not a fullstack web developer position.)
Social Media Support
- Design creatives based on social media calendars
- Understand platform-specific design best practices (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
- Collaborate with marketing on content rollouts
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- 36 years of experience in visual / graphic design for marketing
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma or Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of Wix and/or WordPress for website content updates
- Strong sense of:
- Typography
- Layout
- Visual storytelling
- Able to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience working with B2B / SaaS / IT services companies
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly layouts or CRO principles
- Familiarity with marketing tools and workflows
