We are looking for a Graphic Visualizer who not only creates brilliant designs but also guides our team of Designers and Video Editors to deliver top-notch creative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for advertising campaigns, branding, social media, digital marketing, and video content.
- Lead the visual direction for projects, ensuring design consistency across digital, print, OOH, packaging, and video.
- Collaborate with copywriters, brand strategists, and creative directors to bring campaigns to life.
- Review and provide constructive feedback to Designers and Video Editors to refine and elevate their work.
- Mentor junior team members, ensuring that the creative output aligns with brand strategy and quality standards.
- Stay updated with design trends, video storytelling techniques, and new tools to push the boundaries of creativity.
- Translate briefs into visually striking designs and audiovisual concepts that communicate effectively.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and motion design basics.
- Proven ability to guide, mentor, and critique design & video work constructively.
- Portfolio showcasing campaign work, strong design thinking, and cross-media creativity.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
