Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and the ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the product team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions
• Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to enhance designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of designs
• Develop user personas, journeys, and information architectures to guide design decisions
• Maintain a consistent design language and pattern library across digital touchpoints
• Optimize interfaces for responsive design across various devices and screen sizes
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for innovative solutions
• Collaborate with the content team to integrate visual and textual elements effectively
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate designs based on stakeholder input
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to improving overall design processes
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create effective design solutions

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of diverse projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principles
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and collaboration tools
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback effectively
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale to teams
• Collaborative mindset to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Problem-solving skills and ability to iterate based on feedback and user insights
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts is a plus
