Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic / UI Designer Associate to support our marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality digital design assets, UI mockups, and presentation formats aligned with brand guidelines and client requirements. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level projects and a strong growth pathway towards senior design roles.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics and creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

Create content-driven designs including banners, infographics, carousels, and marketing posts

Design visual assets for paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, landing pages, and basic prototypes using Figma or similar tools

Format and design client proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and case studies

Design brochures, capability decks, corporate profiles, and digital collateral

Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams for campaign and client deliverables

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline assets

Manage design assets, templates, files, and version control

Support design requirements for events, announcements, and internal communication

Technical Skills Required

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or equivalent tools)

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles

Knowledge of UI design patterns and responsive design basics

Ability to produce clean presentation layouts in PowerPoint / Google Slides

Ability to translate briefs into compelling and effective designs

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)

Experience designing for web, mobile, and dashboards

Prior experience in B2B or IT services marketing design

Understanding of branding, color theory, and visual identity

Soft Skills

Creative mindset with a structured design approach

Strong communication skills and ability to understand briefs

Attention to detail and consistency in deliverables

Ability to multitask across different project types

Collaborative and proactive in a services-driven environment
