Graphic & Motion Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both graphic design and motion graphics/video editing, with a strong understanding of creating engaging visual content for digital and B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual designs for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Design and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, product videos, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into creative visual concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content.
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design, video, motion graphics, and digital content trends.
• Explore and incorporate AI-powered design and creative tools to improve creative quality and workflow.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing
• Basic understanding of AI-based design and creative tools
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Cybersecurity companies.
• Experience creating creatives for B2B digital marketing, Social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of how design and motion graphics can support lead generation and marketing campaigns.
