How You'll Contribute
- Review, modify, and refine customer artwork to meet production and print quality standards.
- Prepare clean, accurate, and print-ready files by following defined design guidelines.
- Identify and address basic design issues related to layout, alignment, fonts, bleed, color usage, and image quality.
- Support resolution of customer or production escalations and share insights to help prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to resolve design challenges.
- Participate in learning and upskilling initiatives to strengthen technical design capabilities.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, or workflow efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or a related field)
- 1+ years of experience, freelance or with a design agency
- Strong understanding of commercial design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and the Adobe Suite is desirable
- Foundational skills in design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and emerging trends
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and communicate at a beginner level in English, both verbally and in writing
- Analytical mindset and customer-first thinking to ensure meaningful design outcomes
- High ethical standards, passion for quality, and a strong commitment to learning
- Willingness to give and receive feedback; self-aware and growth-focused
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds
- Exposure to design projects or workshops from recognized art institutes
- Skills in sketching, pencil art, doodling, or calligraphy are a plus
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is beneficial
- Eagerness to learn new software tools and adapt quickly
- Positive attitude toward continuous improvement; open-minded and proactive
