Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Graphic Designing Trainer. In this role, the Trainer will be responsible for teaching graphic design concepts, tools, and software to students or professionals. The Trainer will create instructional materials, conduct live sessions, develop training modules, and evaluate learners progress to ensure skill development. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate relevant design techniques and tools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Expertise in creating digital assets, branding materials, and illustrations.
- Experience in training or teaching design concepts and tools, including developing instructional materials.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Knowledge of trending design techniques, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) principles.
- Ability to assess and evaluate learners progress through exercises, projects, and live demonstrations.
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the graphic design industry or as a trainer is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing schedules and students.
