Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to craft compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity and drives engagement across digital and print platforms. If you have a passion for design and a sharp eye for aesthetics, we would love to hear from you.

Working Structure: 5 days a week, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Design materials for social media, newsletters, products, campaigns, workshops and marketing collateral
• Create and maintain brand assets including logos, templates, and style guides
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design briefs
• Produce print-ready materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations
• Edit and retouch images and videos for various platforms
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design deliverables
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly on designs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of creative ideas
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite · Canva · Google Slides · Basic video & animation tools
• Design craft: Design principles (intermediate) · Typography & typesetting · Mockup creation · Idea generation & conceptualization
• Professional: Project & time management · Research & documentation · Communication & collaboration · Audience & user journey understanding

Must-Haves 

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or a relevant creative role
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual thinking, typography, and design execution
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• A genuine interest in mental health care and emotional well-being
